Reserving Your Sponsorship

If you decide to make the commitment to become a conference sponsor, the Reserving Sponsorship page has all the information you need for making a commitment for a conference sponsorship.  You may also download a Sponsorship Flyer if you prefer to review all the sponsorship info in one consolidated document.

Submitting Your Graphics / Logos

After you make the commitment to become a conference sponsor, depending upon the level of sponsorship, we may need your company logo for this website as well as for various printed media.  Also, depending upon level of sponsorship, you may be entitled to an ad in the conference Program Book.  The Submitting Graphics page provides the information that you need to know for submitting the necessary items in a timely manner.

A Few Words of Thanks to Our Sponsors

The financial and psychological success of conferences such as this are largely due to the support and commitment of the organizations that help sponsor the conference.  By having sponsors of certain events and items, tangible items that add ambiance and long-lasting memories are able to be offered to the conference participants.  It is hoped that these nice-to-have extra touches that are possible due to the sponsorships will be remembered and associated with the companies that help make them happen.

On behalf of the entire Conference Planning Committee, we wish to thank all the companies that take the extra step by being a sponsor.  We also heartily encourage all conference participants to stop by the exhibit booths of the sponsors and personally thank them for their extra help in making the conference a success.
