Lake Superior Level
$20,000

Overall Conference Sponsor —
Lake Superior sponsors receive prominent recognition at the IceBreaker & Silent Auction Event, the Society Ball, and the Center Stage in the Exhibit Hall.  In addition to large, full-color displays throughout the conference and especially at the icebreaker and ball, you will be recognized and receive a full page ad in the conference program book.  The conference web site will include a direct link to your web site, and you will receive a prominent table at both the Society Awards Luncheon and at the Society Ball.

 

Lake Michigan Level

Sponsor of the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Breakfast, the Society Awards Luncheon, and the Golf Tournament
Lake Michigan sponsors will receive prominent recognition as sponsors of the Opening Day Continental Breakfast and Exhibit Hall Grand Opening, the Society Honors Awards Luncheon, and the Golf Tournament.  You will be recognized and receive a 2/3-page ad in the conference program book.  The conference web site will include a direct link to your web site, and you will receive a prominent table at the Society Honors Awards Luncheon.

 

Lake Huron Level

Sponsor of the Post Awards Breakfast, Refreshment Stations, Internet Café, and Hospitality Room —
Lake Huron sponsors will receive prominent acknowledgment at the refreshment stations, the internet café, and special recognition at the Post Awards Breakfast.  You will be recognized and receive a half-page ad in the conference program book.  There will be a direct link from the conference website to yours.  You will be seated at a prominent table at the Post Awards Breakfast.

 

Lake Erie Level

Sponsors for the Lounges and Technical Training Tracts —
Lake Erie Sponsors will receive prominent recognition at the networking lounges, and on the signage for the technical training tracts.  You will be noted and receive a 1/3-page ad in the conference program book and a direct link from the conference website to yours.

 

Lake Ontario Level
$2,000

Sponsors for Thursday’s Exhibit Hall Buffet Luncheon, the Young Member Mentoring Event, and the Fun Walk/Run —
There will be a prominent display at each of these events, acknowledging your sponsorship. Logos of the sponsors will be imprinted on an item provided to each of the Fun Walk/Run participants.  You will also receive recognition and a quarter-page ad in the conference program book.

 

Notes for Package Sponsors

1)  The package sponsors (i.e. the Great Lakes Sponsors) will receive recognition in a special flyer that includes acknowledgment of their role as a significant conference sponsor.  The Lake Superior Sponsors will also be recognized through decoration or banners at Center Stage or hanging from the ceiling.  The Lake Sponsors will get the additional perks, such as ads and recognition in the Program Book.

2)  Ads must be submitted by March 14th to be included in Program Book.  Ads submitted between March 15th and April 18th will printed in a supplement to the Program Book.  Ads will not be accepted after April 19th.

A fleet of buses will be used to ferry participants to the golfing event, to the technical tours and fun tours, and to the IceBreaker event. Signage on the buses and your continuously running film strip will proudly display your support of the conference.

Every time a conference attendee opens their hotel room door, they'll think of your company!  The Key Card sponsor's full color logo will be printed on one side of the hotel room key cards.

Door Prize Sponsor
$400 min — Unlimited

Donate door prizes*, valued at $400 or more, that will be raffled off in the Exhibit Hall at the close of the Expo.  You will be recognized** in a special supplement to the Conference Program Book.

* Airplane tickets, gift certificates, hotel and resort get-away stays, artwork, electronic equipment, and sports items are examples of possible door prize donations.

**Advance notice, no later than April 18th, of your commitment to provide a prize(s) must be made to insure proper recognition in the program supplement.
