Our Exhibitors

The Our Exhibitors page lists all the companies that have registered for an Exhibit Booth at the conference.  For your convenience, two listings are provided, one listing is the Exhibitors in alphabetical order and the other is a listing sorted by booth number.

Exhibit Hall Layout

The Exhibit Hall page is a graphical depiction of the Exhibit Hall.  If you would like a higher resolution image that is better suited for printing, click on the Exhibit Hall image and a new window will open with an image that can be printed on either 8-1/2x 11 paper or on 11x17 paper.

How to Reserve An Exhibit Booth

The Reserve Exhibit Booth page contains the pricing information for the various booths, contact information if you have questions about becoming an Exhibitor, and a link to the RegOnLine website for completing the Exhibit Booth registration process.

Exhibitor Registration Information

Each booth includes conference registration for one person, which is usually the person who's name the booth is reserved under.  In most cases, Exhibitors will have other people who will be assisting with staffing the booth.  The Exhibitor Registration page contains the pricing information and a link to the RegOnLine website for registering for additional Exhibitor personnel. 

Exhibitor Packet

In February 2008, an Exhibitor Packet will be mailed out to all Exhibitors.  A link to a PDF version of the packet will posted on the Exhibitor Packet page when it becomes available.
