Exhibitor Registration Information

All Exhibitor personnel must be registered for the conference.  Each booth includes a Primary Exhibitor Registration for one person, which is usually the person who's name the booth is reserved under.  All other Exhibitor personnel who will be assisting with staffing the booth must be registered in one of the registration categories shown below.

Also shown in the table below are the registration prices for Spouse Registrations, Special Events, and Ala Carte Tickets.

After 1 May 2008 the Late Registration fees will apply.

Extra Exhibitor Registration: Up Arrow

With each Exhibit Booth, an Exhibitor receives one Primary Exhibitor Registration that includes the IceBreaker and Fellows Induction Ceremony, Continental Breakfasts, Luncheons, Refreshment Breaks, Opening Keynote Address, Technical Sessions, and if requested the Society Ball.

Additional Exhibitor Passes, or Full Participant Registrations, or Ala Carte Tickets may be purchased via regular Conference Registration as best suits the Exhibitor's needs.

Exhibitor Pass Small Business $250 $300 Does not include Wednesday Honors Luncheon, Young Member-Fellows Mentoring Event, or Thursday Society Ball; tickets for these events may be purchased Ala Carte.
Exhibitor Pass $350 $400
Full Participant Registration for Private Sector SAME Member, IFMA Member, or CMAA Member $500 $600 Young Member-Fellows Mentoring Event on Wednesday evening is included for Young Members and Fellows; others may purchase tickets Ala Carte.
Full Participant Registration for Private Sector ― Non-SAME-Member $650 $750 Does not include Young Member-Fellows Mentoring Event on Wednesday Evening.

Rental of golf clubs will be available at your own cost when you get to the course; please let us know when you register if you will be needing to rent clubs so they may be reserved for you.

(1) Early (aka On-Line) Registration will end on April 30, 2008; all registrations after that date will be considered
    Late Registration.

(2) Cancellations: Please note that a $100.00 processing fee will be incurred for all cancellations requested by
    April 30, 2008.  There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations after May 1, 2008 except for Uniformed Service
    Members.
