Conference Registration
Everyone who attends the conference must be registered in some way shape or form. Detailed information on the various registration categories is located on the Registration page. To register for the conference, you will be re-directed to the RegOnLine website which has been used the past several years and is quite user-friendly. If you are familiar with the information on the Registration page, the RegOnLine process will be easier.
Conference Schedule
The
Overall Conference Schedule will be of interest to everyone
attending the conference. Minor tweaks and adjustments in the
schedule may be made through April '08; after that point the posted
schedule should remain fixed.
The Technical
Program Schedule will be of interest for those participants
planning on attending the technical sessions. Although the focus
areas of the technical tracks and the timeframes of the sessions within
the tracks should not change, individual topics may change or be shifted
within the sessions through April '08; after that point the posted
schedule should remain fixed.
Special Events
The Special Events page provides additional information on the planned events such as:

Some of these events are included in various registration categories or may be added as Ala Carte items. Some of the events are Ala Carte for everyone.
Fun Tours for Spouses and Guests
The Spouse Activities page provides additional information on the ala carte tours available for the Spouses and Guests of conference participants and exhibitors. The planned activities include:
- International Market Square on Tuesday
- Mall of America on Wednesday
- Scenic Stillwater on Thursday
Hotel Information
The Hotel page provides links to each of the hotels for which arrangements have been made for special conference rates. The three conference hotels are:
- Hilton Hotel << Our conference anchor hotel
- Hyatt Regency
- Millennium
- Marriott City Center << More rooms have been added
The Hilton Hotel is the anchor hotel and will be the location for the Friday morning SAME National Board of Directors Meeting. Like the Hilton, the Hyatt Regency and Millennium Hotels are also conveniently located near the Convention Center. All three hotels are connected to the Convention Center by the Minneapolis skyway system.
The Marriott City Center Hotel has recently been added to our list of hotels. It is an easy 7 block down Nicollet Mall from the Convention Center; it is also connected by the Minneapolis skyway system.
Dress Code
The Dress Code page has a table depicting the recommended attire for each of the main conference activities.
Things To Do
If you find that you have a little extra time to spend in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, the Things To Do page has links to a number of sites that have ideas for places to visit, sites to see, or wonderful spots to grab a bite to eat.
